Course content
Exercises: - theoretical and legislative information on ergonomics - working positions, spatial parameters of the workplace, working plane, workplace equipment, load handling, ergonomic analyzes - explanation and simulation in the Technomatix Jack software environment

Define basic terms related to ergonomics - anthropometry, work positions, occupational diseases, risk factors and legislation Define the basic elements for the design of the workplace in line with the legislation - working position, visual space, handling space, pedipulation space, work plane Describe the design of work tools with regard to ergonomic principles Describe and navigate the requirements for working with loads at the workplace Explain ergonomic principles for working in offices
