Course content
1. Introduction to Quality Management in Healthcare - Importance and Characteristics of Quality Management in Economic Life and International Relations, Quality Management Development Process, Historical Stages of Quality Management Development, ISO 9000 Quality Assurance, TQM, Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001 + ISO 14001- EMS + ISO18001-OSH + Legislative Requirements 2. Applying a Process Approach to Quality Management 3. Quality management systems - basic characteristics of the ČSN EN ISO 9001: 2016 standard. 4. Quality management systems accredited by the United SAK Accreditation Commission 5. Quality management systems - other standards in health - ISO 50001, HACCP, ISO22000, etc. 6. Quality management tools in health care (7 basic and 7 new tools QM, 5S, TPM, visualization and standardization, lean management, waste, Lean Six Sigma ) 7. Quality economy (cost of internal and external disagreements, cost of prevention and evaluation costs, PAF model)
