- Information support of top-management, place of MIS/CIS (EIS) in firm information strategy, connection with systems as ERP, CRM, SCM. - Processes of economical firm management based Business Intelligence. - Performance measurement and management from the managerial needs point of view of top-level company management. - The basic structure of the EIS (Executive Information System) - CIS (Controlling Information System). - Planning and analytical processes in terms of strategic and tactical business management and its information support. - Planning and controlling the marketing, sales and sales performance information support. - Planning and controlling in the area of performance (profitability), multidimensional reporting, controlling in terms of products, markets, customers and its information support. - Financial analysis and planning and controlling of the financial performance and their information support. - Planning and controlling in the area of liquidity and its informational support. - Information software support of strategic management, planning and controlling. - Creation of an Information system EIS/CIS for strategic and tactical needs of economic management company based controlling. - Implementation and applications EIS/CIS in the LUDUS managerial simulation environment. - Practical simulation of management in the financial year term. - Final case study presentation of own seminar work - EIS/CIS model firms.
