Life cycle of a company, establishment and demise of a company. 5. Trade law. 6. Establishment of natural and legal persons. 7. Business support. 8. Basics of business economics. 9. Management of costs, revenues and economic results. 10. Property and capital structure of the company. 11. Basics of finance and financial management in a company. 12. Tax aspects in business. 13. Creating a business plan. 14. Banking system and insurance companies in the Czech Republic.
