Course content
Introduction to business, business environment. Legal aspects of business and legal forms of business in the Czech Republic. Trade law. Life cycle of a company, establishment and termination of a company. Establishment of a natural and legal person. Business support. Basics of enterprise economics. Management of costs, revenues and profit. Property and capital structure of the company. Fundamentals of finance and financial management in a company. Tax aspects in business. Business plan.
