Course content
Introduction to business economics. Economic principle; Business environment. Entrepreneurship of natural persons (doing business in accordance with the conditions of Act No. 455/1991 Coll., On Trade Licensing). The business of legal entities (foundations, institutes, private corporations). Company property. Company capital. Revenues and costs of the company. Basic cost analysis. Basics of calculations. Business plan and intent, Canvas tool for business model design, analysis, and innovation. Company life cycle, mergers, acquisitions, company liquidations. Sustainable business development. Business support
