Course content
The course consists of twelve thematic lectures in that order Today's world - problems, challenges, trends. The seeds of the future - new paradigms, hidden needs, social changes. Trends in corporate governance - management systems today and tomorrow. Know yourself - strengths, values, passions. How to measure your life? Success strategies - the search for uniqueness. Market and empathy map - customers, needs, values, requirements, basic functions of the company. Innovation - principles, opportunities, value creation, blue ocean, basic functions of the company. Motivation, leaders, change. Business models. Preparation and implementation of strategy - trial and error, learning process, emergence process. Decent company. Own observations and experiences.
