Course content
- Non-verbal communication - Working with voice, vocal hygiene, working with microphones - Interesting speech, presentation, tips of xperienced speakers - Managerial interviews (providing feedback, communicating unpleasant news, handling the criticism from the customer) - Assertiveness, conflicts solving - How to get on well with problem people - Business dealings, negotiation - Techniques of questioning and demurs handling at business dealings - Defense against the pressure techniques at business dealings - Communication with mass media representatives - Press conferences - Etiquette of managerial clothing (business dress code)
