The student has knowledge of basic concepts in the field of health management, can explain the concepts of motivation, communication, teamwork. The student knows the specifics of management in health care organizations. The student is able to recognize, describe and practically apply basic control functions. Practice is time analysis and risk analysis. Attention is also focused on the personality of the manager and measurement of satisfaction in healthcare organizations. |
