After completing the course, students will be able to describe the basic sources of data on the current Czech labor market and working conditions in organizations that can be used to understand trends in the action field of management and economics. He/she will be able to describe the demographic, gender and class attributes of the Czech labor market, including their development trends. They will be able to understand the relationship between managerial decision-making and the development of the organization. In terms of skills, they will be able to find relevant information on working behavior from data of the CZSO, SOÚ AV ČR and EUROSTAT (EWCS and ESS). Furthermore, he/she will be able to critically approach the presented research surveys and work with statistics on organizational behavior both from the point of view of Regions and the whole Czech Republic. |
