Course content
Subject and school of management. Management training. Basic functions of management - planning - methods and techniques used in management. Organizing - methods and techniques used in management. Control - methods and techniques used in management. Control objects. Organizational structures, management information. Self and Time Management. Communication in management. Teamwork in management. Motivation and motivation theory in management. Personality of the manager. Valuation in management. Current trends in management.

Knowledge
The student has knowledge of basic concepts in management, can explain the concepts of motivation, communication, teamwork. The student is able to recognize, describe and practically apply the basic management functions. Attention is also focused on the personality of the manager.
