Course content
Management in the context of different cultures Role and challenges of a global manager Influence of culture on corporate management in the global world Determinants and dimensions of cultures in the corporate sphere Intercultural teams, communication, decision processes Western and Eastern cultures and organisation Influence of cultures on leadership, strategy, marketing, negotiations, etc.

Lecturing, Monologic (Exposition, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (Discussion, conversation, brainstorming), Methods for working with texts (Textbook, book), Training in motion and work skills, Activating (Simulation, games, dramatization), Teamwork, Individual work of students

Understanding the modern interpretation of the national culture and impact of culture to the major management process Understanding the major peculiarities of the cross-cultural management process and development of the skills based on cross-cultural differences application to the company' management Developing skills in communication, team-building, motivation leadership and negotiation in multicultural environment Cultural intelligence necessary for global managers Knowledge of practical applicability of foreign experience in cross-cultural management employ social and multicultural differences in order to solve problems in his/her professional and social activities

Pochopení moderní interpretace národní kultury a dopadu kultury na hlavní proces řízení Pochopení hlavních zvláštností mezikulturního procesu řízení a rozvoj dovedností založených na mezikulturních rozdílech aplikace na vedení společnosti Rozvíjení dovedností v oblasti komunikace, teambuildingu, motivačního vedení a vyjednávání v multikulturním prostředí Kulturní inteligence nezbytná pro globální manažery Znalost praktické aplikovatelnosti zahraničních zkušeností v mezikulturním managementu využívat sociální a multikulturní rozdíly k řešení problémů ve své profesní a společenské činnosti
