Characteristics of corporate finance Time value of money and risk in financial decisions Assets and financial structure of the company. Cash Flow Financial analysis Current Assets Management Sources and forms of short-term financing Investment decisions Cost of capital. Capital structure and its optimization Long-term financing of fixed assets Corporate earnings and dividend policy Financial Planning Fully respect the extent and chronology of lectures
