- Active and passive trades of commercial banks, tools of payment system. - System of foreign payments (clean payment, SEPA, hedged payment - documentary collection, letter of credit, Electronic Data Interchange - Banking off balance (depot payments, advice services, bank guarantee - Investment banking, financial engineering tools - Special types of bonds (issuance of government and municipal bonds), Corporate Bonds (Cost of Issue management) - Alternative forms of financing (venture, franchise, leasing, factoring, forfeiting) - Digitalization and modern banking and finance (alternative currencies, electronic money and CBDCs - The essence of current elastic money system and the role of banks in it - Public debt management - Innovation and modern banking - Risk of accidentality and its impact on economical and non-economical human activities. Insurance Types. Risk management. Importance of assurance from the micro and macro-economical point of view - Insurance business, Insurers, Negotiators, importance of government regulation and its procurement. - Theoretical platform of insurance operations (premium, administrative expense and profit, technical reserve, assurance fundamentals, insurance technical risk and other insurance risks) - Life insurance, General insurance Seminars: Seminars will follow upon the lectures. We will do practical exercises on seminars after each lecture.
