Course content
- Understanding the working environment. Working with an existing workbook. Navigation workbook. Setting cells. Properties workbook. - Save the workbook. Creating a new workbook. Inserting data into a workbook. Cells, columns, rows (Inserting, deleting, partitioning, formatting styles and formatting cells, conditional formatting). - Searching and replacing data. Working with data. Restrictions on entering data, sorting data. Data filtering, filter settings. - Working with formulas (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Linking to cells in samples (absolute, relative). Creating named ranges and constants. - Basic functions (sum, count, enumerate, average, minimum, maximum). - Advanced functions (conditional functions, logic functions, statistical functions). - Presentation of data (graphs and their types, suitability of data, properties of graphs). - Advanced data processing. - Introduction to email and planning tool. Working environment applications. - Basic processing emails (receipt, viewing, editing, reply, forward, attributes). - Working with attachments delivered. Creating a signature. Personalization of messages. Types of reports. Inline attachments. Automatic report. - Encryption and digital signature in electronic mail. News organizations (use of components and their maintenance). - Rules for sending and receiving mail (meaning and configuration). Working with contacts (adding, editing, business cards). - Distribution list (meaning creation). Calendar (planning, event management, event types, sharing). Management tasks (creation, sorting, allocation).
