Course content
Communication theory. Listening, adapting, communication styles, verbal communication, rhetoric, body language. Basics of assertiveness. Criticism - types of criticism, feedback. Conflict, behavior in conflict. Presentation skills - preparation, implementation. Professional behavior. The influence of the image of the individual on the image of the organization. Negotiation, argumentation, discussion. Advice. Dealing with problem individuals. Creativity meaning, barriers, process, development. realization. Professional behavior.
