Course content
Basic topics: 1. Social diversity as an integral part of society and its theoretical anchoring in the context of education. 2. Social diversity in the context of social differentiation and stratification. 3. Sources of social diversity - social, ethnic, cultural, religious, economic, individual, etc. aspects of social diversity. 4. The potential of social diversity for effective education of all students. 5. Inclusive education as a starting point for working with social diversity in the Czech and international context. 6. Principles, approaches, methods of working with social diversity in the school environment. 7. The role of individual subjects of the school environment and the complementarity of school and families in the context of educating a heterogeneous collective.
