1. Basics of civil law relations 2. Private law disputes and their decision by the courts 3. Legal regulation of labor relations and social security 4. Basic legal regulations of public administration 5. Administrative proceedings, administrative rules 6. Sources and development of business legislation 7. Public law bases of business 8. Basics of the legal protection of the environment 9. Legal relations to land, basic concepts 10. Business according to the Trade Licensing Act, trade licenses, trade licensing offices 11. Consumer protection, basics of bankruptcy law 12. Civil law, business companies, business register 13. Competition, signs of unfair competition 14. Out-of-court settlement of disputes
