Crisis planning - evacuation, shelter and emergency survival of the population, the position of specific ministries, planning documentation, emergency and crisis planning 9. KR bodies and mutual ties, security councils and crisis staffs 10. Crisis management - individual and collective protection of the population, decontamination 11. HOPKS - Place and role, competence of bodies 12. Crisis preparedness - preparation of the population for self-protection and mutual assistance 13. Protection of the population - protection in times of crisis and war 14. Critical infrastructure of the Czech Republic - Competence of bodies, determination process, obligations of subjects
