Course content
- Sources law in the Czech Republic. - System of law and justice sector. - Force, scope and effectiveness of legal norms. - Constitutional, administrative law and fimamčmí - Civic substantive and procedural law - Business right company. - Work law, social law. - Legal relations, assumptions of the legal relationship - Legal fact, legal proceedings, infringement, legal events. - Subject and content of the legal relationship. - Participants legal relations - Applications and interpretation of the law. - Basics and the kinds of legal liability. - Constitution Czech Republic.
