Course content
1. The importance of professional defense and self-defense for man and society. Elimination of combined attack. 2. The issue of detaining a suspect in 3 levels. Restraint technology, protection against theft. 3. Main and secondary factors of conflict, regularities of technique functioning. Lever on the wrist, the basics of fighting on the ground. Retention, release and transport technology. Technique of handing over a detainee. Elbow lever. Detention and discharge of a cooperating attacker. 4. Reducing the influence of stress and fear on human behavior. Rescue while fighting on the ground. Variants of using the lever on the hand. 5. Communication for neutralization of attack threat. Withdrawal techniques in connection with detention and removal. Detention of a suspect who does not cooperate but does not attack. 6. Issues of professional defense of women in the environment of commercial security. Technique of pushing, tearing and knocking down in connection with detention, fighting on the ground. Detention of a suspect who does not cooperate and attacks. 7. Reasons and ways of attacking a worker of the commercial security, variants of a successful solution. Failure of the attack, detention and abduction of the suspect. 8. Psychological and safety minimum in professional defense and self-defense. Practicing removal technology with the use of lever on the arm, solving basic situations of professional defense. 9. The issue of helping another person in professional defense. Detention sequence of professional defense. 10. Principles of fighting a group of attackers from the point of view of man and woman. Practicing combined situations of professional defense solved in a contact way. 11. Cooperation of workers in the environment of commercial security with the police of the Czech Republic. Variants of fighting with a pair of attackers. 12. Trends in professional defense in the commercial security industry in the conditions of the Czech Republic. Practicing fighting with a pair of attackers, containment sequence. 13. Regulation of weapons, defense means and possibilities of defense of citizens. Practicing combined variants with a retention sequence. 14. Perspective of professional defense and self-defense in the Czech Republic. Practicing combined variants with a retention sequence.
