1. Genesis and characteristics of self-defense. Martial arts, sports and system. Interventions of the human body. Basic attitude, position and movement. Rescue from holding hands DC. 3 principles of release from possession. 2. Regularities and myths about self-defense. Falling aside. Rescue from holding hands crosswise. Avoid before the attack. 3. Issues of necessary defense and self-defense. Rescue from holding the sleeves. 4. Problems of extreme need and self-defense. Rescue from holding hands in 3 levels. Direct subject. 5. Problems of self-help and self-defense. Rescue from holding hands at the back. 6. Legal issues of self-defense. Relationships and differences of legal norms. Rescue from holding the hull. 7.
