Course content
1. Human resources, human resources management. 2. Communication skills and abilities - verbal, nonverbal, written, oral, individual and team. 3. Organizational abilities and skills. 4. Ability to establish and maintain contacts. 5. Negotiation and conflict resolution. 6. Strategic and conceptual thinking. 7. Creative thinking. 8. Assertiveness, assertive behavior. 9. Ability of self-reflection. 10. Teamwork. 11. Resistance to stress. 12. Empathy, independence, foresight. 13. Competence, qualifications; assignment of the final seminar work. 14. Presentation of assigned topics - classification.
