Graduates are well-prepared for positions related to technological process management, employing management systems and principles of healthy nutrition. They acquire both theoretical and practical knowledge for management of gastronomic facilities. Graduates of the three-year study are experts for technical and supervisory positions in food production companies, business organizations and in the state administration. They might work as gastronomic facility managers or teachers of subjects from the field of gastronomy.

This guideline specifies the requirements for admission in a given academic year and is published on the FT official board (https://ft.utb.cz/o-fakulte/uredni-deska/legislativa-prijimacich-rizeni/). The condition for admission to study in a bachelor's study programme is the achievement of a full secondary or a full secondary vocational education.
