STAG access
If the system reports "Your e-mail is not filled in STAG or you entered the wrong personal identification number, or the user with the personal identification number does not exist.", you have not yet been enrolled in the study by the study department. Wait a few days or contact the study department of the faculty and check whether you are really registered in the system, or when they will enroll you. Technical support is not used to check the status of your enrollment.
It is always better to check the SPAM folder to see if the email you generated with your user data has not been marked as spam.

If you have problems logging in and cannot change or find out your password yourself, please contact portal@utb.cz. Please describe in the email how you proceeded during the login and, most importantly, include your name and personal study number.
A large part of the emails and messages that you receive in your email inbox are generated automatically (sender stag@utb.cz). Therefore, we strongly ask you not to respond to these messages or send replies. The Helpdesk will not respond to them.?
