1. The position of security and defense law in the public law system of the Czech Republic and the definition of basic concepts and legal regulations and related documents in the field of ensuring state defense, internal security and public order. 2. The definition of basic concepts and legal regulations and other related documents in the field of crisis management. 3. The development of legal regulations and related strategic, conceptual and other fundamental documents in the field of ensuring state defense from 1989 to the present. 4. Legitimacy and legislation in the field of security and defense. 5. Security and defense of the state from the perspective of Czech administrative law. 6. Fundamentals of criminal law with a focus on the field of security and defense. 7. Europeanization of criminal law and the incorporation of criminal law standards of the Czech Republic into EU law. 8. Legislation on police and judicial cooperation of EU member states. 9. European topics and preventive measures against them. 10. Information systems and standards for cooperation between security forces within the EU and the Czech Republic. 11. Legal framework for classified information, personal data protection and its misuse. 12. Fundamentals of international humanitarian and health law. 13. Implementation of international humanitarian law and international health regulations into legal regulations in the Czech Republic.
